Mr Prasad, a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in land acquisition, land use management, rehabilitation and resettlement, and social impact assessment.
Ms Kalpalata Dutta
Ms Dutta has more than twenty-five years’ experience in research, training and education on theory and practice of international human rights law.
